Woodward Inc. in Niepołomice, Poland, is seeking a skilled electronics engineer for its Aerospace Electronics department to design hardware for medium/high-power motor drive systems and create schematics and control software interfaces.

You will run simulations, perform tests, and guide international teams to deliver high‑quality solutions while improving engineering workflows. A degree in electronics and 2–3+ years aerospace experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related.
• 2-3+ years of experience in electronics engineering (Aerospace background is an advantage).
• Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling, and control.
• In depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Working level experience with Matlab/Simulink, PLECS or similar tools is appreciated.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team.
• Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions.
• Create the electrical concept and schematics.
• Develop motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, speed sensors.
• Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits.
• Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creation.
• Guide electronic teams in designing and implementing advanced electrical engineering solutions.
• Identifies and implements technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects.
