Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee administration and audits of Pontoon MSP compliance processes, including client contracts and internal SOPs.

You will monitor client-specific requirements, track non-compliance, coordinate with Pontoon MSP teams and suppliers, and drive corrective actions while building strong relationships with clients and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three years' experience in a service-provider environment.
  • Two to four years of compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and audits client-specific requirements per client contract terms.
  • Tracks non-compliance and communicates with Pontoon MSP Teams and suppliers.
  • Facilitates team-results oriented culture to ensure service levels and contractual requirements are met.
  • Administers audits of internal functional teams following predetermined schedule to ensure SOP adherence.
  • Documents issues and maintains a formal tracking process for all tasks.
  • Reviews and reports on compliance audits; takes corrective action per policy.
  • Develops action plans with Pontoon MSP Teams to resolve compliance issues.
  • Escalates issues to Pontoon MSP Director, Compliance to resolve complex matters.
  • Provides feedback regarding recommended solutions to improve compliance.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with colleagues, senior management, clients and suppliers.
  • Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.

About the role

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for the administration and audit of the Pontoon MSP compliance process and requirements which includes client contract requirements as well as standard operating procedures for internal functional teams.

What you’ll be doing
  • Monitors and audits client-specific requirements per client contract terms.
  • Tracks non-compliance and communicates and interacts with Pontoon MSP Teams and suppliers.
  • Works with the Pontoon MSP Teams to facilitate a team-results oriented culture making sure that clients’ required service levels and contractual requirements are achieved.
  • Administers audit of internal functional teams following predetermined audit schedule to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Documents issues and maintains formal tracking process for all assigned tasks.
  • Reviews and reports on compliance audits regularly. Takes corrective action according to compliance policy.
  • In conjunction with Pontoon MSP Teams, develops action plans to resolve compliance issues.
  • Escalates issues to Pontoon MSP Director, Compliance to resolve complex issues.
  • Provides feedback regarding recommended solutions to improve compliance.
  • Establishes, fosters, and maintains working relationships with Colleagues, senior management, Pontoon MSP clients and suppliers.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you
  • Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a service-provider environment.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of compliance experience preferred but not required.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to details, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
