Job summary

BoomBit is seeking an Ads Monetization Lead to own advertising monetization across our mobile game portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Product, UA, Analytics and Development to test ideas and translate data into revenue growth.

You’ll analyze KPIs like ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate and LTV, design A/B tests and optimize partner integrations, while aligning monetization with the user lifecycle and business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ads monetization within mobile games or apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ads monetization strategies across our mobile game portfolio.
• Manage and optimize advertising solutions, including rewarded video, interstitials, banners and cross-promotion.
• Monitor KPIs such as ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, retention and LTV; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test and introduce new ad partners, ad formats and monetization features.
• Design and run A/B tests; translate insights into actionable optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with UA, Product, Analytics and Development to align monetization with lifecycle.
• Collaborate on SDK integrations and ad mediation/waterfall configuration.
• Use data and market insights to improve advertising performance and revenue.
• Prepare reports and presentations on advertising performance for the team and management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in mobile game advertising.
