What would you do on a daily basis?

• Resolving customer queries sent via email regarding billing, invoices, credit notes;
• Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions;
• General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling data base).
  

We expect from applicants:

• Very Good German (especially in writing);
• Good English;
• Strong communications skills;
• Ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple tasks;
• Soft skills (problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making);
• At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
