Arrow Electronics is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern for its Gdańsk Finance team. The role focuses on processing supplier documents, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders in a flexible hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with fluency in Polish and English, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. No prior finance experience is required, and 25–40 hours per week is available.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate, preferably available for approximately 25-40 hours per week.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to search for information independently and take initiative.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Educational background can vary; studies in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields are welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Processing and registering supplier documents (invoices, credit notes, and debit notes)
• Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
• Reconciling supplier statements and supporting the resolution of document-related discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and archiving documents in line with company policies and local regulations
• Supporting the Accounts Payable and Supplier Accounting team with day-to-day operational activities
• Communicating with internal stakeholders to help resolve finance-related queries
