Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to support the Client Account Finance Manager in delivering critical financial operations for major client accounts. You will gain hands-on experience across month-end close, invoicing, reporting, and financial controls in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include month-end close activities, client invoicing, bank reconciliations, and E1 system administration.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong accounting background.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with enterprise systems.
• Excellent English communication and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated team player committed to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations, GL reviews, and SOX controls.
• Manage client invoicing process with complete supporting documentation.
• Perform bank account funding, reconciliations, and journal entry preparation.
• Support E1 system administration including company setups and chart of accounts maintenance.
• Act as financial point of contact for client queries, building strong working relationships.
• Review payroll and disbursement costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

About the Role
