Job summary

LGC Group's LGC Standards in Łomianki, Poland, is seeking an Accounting Specialist for an 18-month fixed-term contract to join our Finance team. You will own core accounting activities, support month-end close and statutory reporting, manage supplier payments, reconciliations and financial reports, and collaborate with Sales and other functions to ensure smooth operations.

Fluent Polish (essential) and good English are required, with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
• Fluent Polish (essential) and good written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting regulations.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• A highly organised and accurate approach, with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage priorities and work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
• Experience with IFS and/or Symfonia ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Accounting or finance qualifications would be beneficial.

In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, supporting everything from month-end close and statutory reporting to supplier payments and financial controls.
