Job summary

AkzoNobel Car Refinishes Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Accounting Controller (Record-to-Report) to lead end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for multiple legal entities.

The role ensures accurate financial statements, statutory compliance, and coordinated audits, while supporting regional accounting operations in a shared services setup. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or Record-to-Report operations.
• Master’s degree or CA qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP and HFM.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
