Boston Scientific Poland is seeking an Accountant (Fixed assets) to manage fixed asset processes, book journal entries, and support monthly closings in a hybrid Warsaw environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, SOX compliance, and opportunities to streamline processes across sites, working with global teams in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Good command of English for international collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixed asset processes and act as liaison with several supported sites.
• Compile and analyze Fixed Asset information through reports and general ledger journal entries.
• Compile and analyze Capital in Progress (CIP) information through reports and general ledger journal entries.
• Ensure financial accuracy across all supported sites and support monthly closings.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes across multiple legal entities.
• Establish accounting processes with understanding of SOX controls, GAAP, and new accounting guidance.
• Deliver on key performance metrics and service levels with business partners and management.
