Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Kraków is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. You will handle core accounting documents, maintain records in D365 ERP, manage the AP cycle, and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting or ACCA, at least 2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Experience with monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Experience in D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in D365 ERP system.
• Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including banking, customer, vendor, and accruals.
• Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close.
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
• Assist with statutory and tax audits.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial strategies.
