Job summary

Kingfisher plc in Kraków is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support daily invoice processing, reconciliations, and closing activities. You will collaborate with multiple teams, analyze numerical data, and manage payments and rebates for vendors in the Spanish market.

The role requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong MS Excel skills, and good command of English (B2); knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance related studies preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of English (B2) and Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Verification of incoming PO and non-PO invoices
• Daily invoice and rebates processing
• Daily involvement/cooperation with other teams
• Preparing calculations and analysing numerical data
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage end-to-end payment and rebate processes for vendors in the Spanish market
• Managing generic mailboxes and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Performing other related tasks assigned by Team Manager
