Job summary

FOTC is a cloud solutions team helping organizations optimize Google Cloud and Google Workspace. We enable migrations, smarter workspaces, AI integration, and easier daily operations.

With over 10 years in the field, we serve many clients globally, including big names and startups, from Poland-based offices or remote work. Your role focuses on training, coordinating Google Workspace deployments, monitoring progress, and driving data-driven actions for clients.

Qualifications

• Motivation to thoroughly learn Google Workspace cloud solution.
• Very good command of English (B2) and Polish (C2).
• University degree (completed or in progress).
• Highly developed communication skills and ability to build business relationships.
• Empathetic approach to client issues and ability to analyze needs.
• Experience in conducting trainings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Training users on how to use Google Workspace.
• Coordinating the implementation of Google Workspace solutions for clients.
• Monitoring the progress of implementations.
• Suggesting specific actions to clients based on available data and reports.
• Managing the project from start to finish (goal planning, implementation, final result review).
• Overseeing the contract process and coordinating it between the client and our legal department.
• Meeting deadlines and setting priorities both on your side and the client’s.
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Google Workspace solutions,
• Collaboration Engineer certification,
• Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn.
