Your Role

As an Account Executive at fonio, you are a closer through and through. You receive warm, pre-qualified leads daily and know exactly what to do with them. When the pipeline dries out, you actively hunt for new deals.

What To Expect

• Inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo calls per day
• Quota ownership: clear monthly and quarterly targets
• Pipeline management: structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene
• Help sharpen our sales motion as we scale fast

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales
• Proven closing track record along a structured funnel
• High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn
• Natural communicator and storyteller
• Native or C2 Polish; strong English. German is a big plus
• Ready for a paid temporary relocation (around 2 months in Vienna to soak up our culture)
