Job summary

Greenberg Traurig seeks an Account Administration Specialist in its Warsaw Center of Excellence, with responsibility for creating and maintaining user accounts across systems, provisioning access, and ensuring timely deactivation for departing staff. The role supports HR and Counsel, and may involve training and project work.

Based in Warsaw (remote options available), you will handle AD/ADERANT accounts, Azure/Microsoft Entra provisioning, and ongoing access governance while providing Tier I

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in Active Directory or related experience.
• Experience with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AD/ADERANT accounts for GT employees.
• Provision access to restricted systems and suspend access for departing employees.
• Manage cloud accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure).
• Maintain distribution lists and cloud storage accounts.
• Log requests via Ivanti and track in SQL database.
• Provide Tier I and On-Call support as needed.
