Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Acceptance Key Verticals Enablement to lead commercial efforts embedding Mastercard carded payment solutions across EUR ecosystems, with a focus on verticals such as telecom, utilities, education, government and rent. The role partners with regional Merchant and Acceptance teams to expand adoption and drive growth.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the Acceptance Ecosystem and key verticals (telecom, utilities, education, government, rent).
Proven track record launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
Strategic thinking with ability to create compelling product narratives for verticals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Mastercard’s carded Acceptance strategy to drive adoption in the Key Verticals segment.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets and customer needs.
Develop and implement regional Go-To-Market strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to keep stakeholders informed of ecosystem needs.
Define KPIs, track product performance and provide insights for improvements.
