Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, seeks a Finance/Accounting professional to manage balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. You will handle Fixed Asset accounting and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, while supporting audits and ensuring SLAs are met.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AP, AR and Cash Management, maintaining process docs and driving improvements in processes across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Right understanding of financial fundamentals and business framework.
• Good working knowledge of SAP.
• Good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Responsibilities

• balanc e sheet accounts reconciliation process for the GL accounts under responsibility
• preparing and posting journal entries
• performing Fixed Asset accounting; month end, quarter end, and year-end close
• providing audit support specific to the area of responsibility
• delivery of financial reports meeting SLAs
• identifying and proposing process improvements within own area of responsibility
• maintaining up-to-date process documentation
• cooperating with AP, AR, Cash Management in reconciliations
• supporting Team Leader & Chief Accountants in improvements
• identifying and solving cross-process issues
