Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a finance professional to lead and support end-to-end reporting and accounting processes within the RtR CoE. You will ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial statements, and effective collaboration with OpCo and external auditors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day executing activities for RtR CoE.
• Embedding internal controls into processes to ensure controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated.
• Delivering financial reporting in line with Group and local Policies and Procedures and local legislation.
• Providing analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable sign-off of financial statements.
• Providing analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable sign-off of Direct Tax returns.
• Facilitating external audits for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scope.
• Managing rigorous controls to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Supporting OpCo finance in interactions with Local Authorities and HGSS Transactional Services.
• Driving personal development in leadership and finance skills.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• day-to-day executing activities for RtR CoE
• demonstrating internal control mind-set and embedding internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated
• delivering the Financial reporting processes in line with the Group and local Policies and Guidance and delivering all financial reports in line with HEINEKEN's Global Finance Policies & Procedures and local legislation
• providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required financial statements
• providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required Direct Tax returns
• facilitating external audit for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scope
• managing effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and Global & Local Accounting standards
• supporting OpCo finance team in interactions with the Local Authorities, leveraging the team in HGSS Transactional Services
• supporting resolution of any escalation done by Opco Finance and Non-Finance Departments for resolution – ensuring open and timely communication as One Finance Team
• driving own personal development in leadership, finance-specific skills, and business knowledge by implementing his/her development plan.

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• good knowledge of IFRS
• excellent organisational and time-management skills
• detail-oriented mindset and ability to focuse on quality
• very good Excel skills
• collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
• very good written and verbal English.
