Haleon plc. is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join a 24/7 SecOps team. The role focuses on triaging alerts, performing in-depth analysis of security events, and guiding incident response with experts across threat intelligence and playbooks.

You will protect Haleon’s assets in a fast-paced, international manufacturing context. The ideal candidate brings multiple years in cybersecurity and SecOps, experiences with SIEM/EDR, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, plus incident response.
• 2+ years in Cyber Security Operations Centre (SecOps).
• Experience across international manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of security controls for detection and response.
• Knowledge of common network protocols, edge routing, firewall/IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a 24/7 Cyber Security Operations team monitoring the security of the company.
• Triage security alerts for rapid incident detection and response.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of events, logs, network traffic to determine root cause.
• Suggest modifications to defences and processes for improved security operations.
• Manage security incidents through all phases of the response lifecycle.
• Ensure actions are completed in line with SLAs and provide investigative support.
• Contribute to tuning tools and developing correlation rules aligned to risk.
