Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting a Security Operations Analyst to join a global Cybersecurity Operations team in Valencia. The role is a hands-on SOC position focused on alert triage, investigation, and incident response across enterprise, cloud, network and endpoints.

You will work in a 24/7 SOC with distributed security specialists, monitoring SIEM/EDR tools and coordinating remediation efforts. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/cybersecurity with security alert triage and incident support.
• Hands-on SOC experience and proficiency with SIEM/EDR platforms.
• Strong Windows/Linux/macOS knowledge and log analysis skills.
• Experience with cloud security across Azure/AWS/GCP and Defender/Sentinel.
• Experience with at least one SIEM (Splunk/QRadar/ArcSight/ELK) and EDR (Defender/CrowdStrike).
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, investigate security alerts and respond to incidents.
• Analyze logs from Windows, Linux, databases, apps, networks, and endpoints.
• Support incident response and remediation activities.
• Collaborate with IR and other teams to manage threats.
• Create security reports and contribute to SOC documentation.
