Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Warsaw seeks a Senior Manager, Incident Response to lead 24x7 detection and response across the enterprise, including networks, apps, cloud infrastructure, and endpoints. You will guide IR/SOC teams, collaborate with leaders, and drive improvements in monitoring and incident handling.

The role involves on-call rotation, strategic planning, and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration to reduce risk and accelerate incident recovery. Fluency in English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Security Operations or Incident Response.
• 2+ years managing or monitoring cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team responsible for communicating, handling, recovering from, and learning from security incidents.
• Operate at tactical and strategic levels, engaging stakeholders to drive results.
• Use incident response data to drive decisions on resources, threat mitigation, and analyst development.
• Collaborate with IR/SOC leaders to deliver continuous monitoring and response capabilities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide front-line coordination and people leadership to IR/SOC analysts.
• Ensure investigations meet established processes and standards.
