National Bank of Pakistan invites a Wing Head - Process & Documentation Improvement (VP/SVP) to lead end-to-end credit administration improvements in Karachi. Qualifications

• Minimum graduation or equivalent recognized by HEC Pakistan
• Masters degree or relevant professional certifications preferred
• Experience in corporate, commercial, SME or retail credit administration

Responsibilities

• Establish a framework for continuous improvement of CAD processes and docs
• Review CAD processes, SOPs, checklists to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Lead process re-engineering to improve turnaround time and controls
• Maintain CAD governance and documentation standards aligned with policies
• Coordinate with Credit & Risk, Legal, Compliance and IT on docs
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor efficiency and quality
• Lead cross-functional process improvement and control projects
