Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a 25-person waste management team.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize resources.
• Monitor KPIs to identify process improvements and efficiency.
• Supervise waste collection, transportation, and disposal activities.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
