Job summary

Tetra Pak Pakistan is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to autonomously handle Shipping and/or Warehouse activities from Lahore Converting Factory. You will drive cost reduction, improve service levels and ensure safe, efficient material handling.

The role reports to the Logistics team in Lahore. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warehousing/logistics, strong SAP/MS Office skills, and proven leadership with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
• 1–3 years of warehousing and logistics experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage blue-collar teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveries to customers, handling documentation for in/out of the factory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic stock checks.
• Lead warehouse management, including outsourced operations.
• Promote workplace safety and proper material handling practices.
• Manage Dock and Yard operations and regulatory compliance.
• Report KPIs (On Time Delivery) accurately for warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with CS, Control Tower and Planning Hubs to secure deliveries.
