Job summary

Outright is seeking a creative Video Editor to craft engaging social media reels, promos, and long-form content from raw footage in Islamabad. You will edit for storytelling, pace, color, and sound, delivering polished videos for campaigns and digital platforms.

Join a full-time on-site team that values craft, mentorship, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with content creators and marketers to bring concepts to life and optimize formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in video editing or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of video composition, pacing, color correction, and sound design.
• Knowledge of formats and specifications for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
