About the Role

You'll be editing the content that drives our clients' growth: ad creatives, reels, and social media videos for international brands. This is a full-time, in-house position (not remote, not freelance).

What You'll Do

• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta and other platforms
• Create engaging Reels and Shorts that stop the scroll
• Add motion graphics, animations, text effects and transitions that elevate every video
• Colour grade and finish videos to a professional standard
• Stay on top of trending formats, sounds and editing styles, and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Work closely with our marketing and design team on campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 4 years of professional video editing experience
• Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong skills in DaVinci Resolve (editing + colour grading)
• Solid motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects is a strong plus)
• A genuinely creative mindset: you don't just edit, you think in hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Deep awareness of what's trending on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• A portfolio that shows your best ad and reel work (applications without a portfolio won't be considered)

What We Offer

• A creative, fast-growing agency environment
• Real room to grow with the company as we scale
