Job summary

Assistoro in Islamabad is seeking a Video Editor to transform raw footage into premium short-form reels and tours for US real estate clients. You will own editing pacing, captions, motion graphics, color, and audio across a fast, high-volume pipeline.

The role requires 1+ years of editing experience with a strong social portfolio, solid English communication, and a commitment to confidentiality. CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects skills are preferred.

Job description

As a Video Editor in our Creative Studio you turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content for U.S. real estate agents and brokerages: short-form reels, listing and property tours, talking-head and testimonial edits, and ad creative. You work hand in hand with our social and content teams on a fast, high-volume pipeline, owning pacing, captions, motion graphics, sound and color so every video looks premium and performs.

What you'll do

• 02 Cut listing and property tours, walkthroughs, talking-head and testimonial videos
• 03 Add captions and subtitles, motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, music and sound design
• 04 Color-correct, balance audio and clean up footage for a premium, on-brand finish
• 05 Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips tailored to each platform
• 06 Work to brand guidelines and hit a high-volume, fast-turnaround content calendar
• 07 Collaborate with the social and content teams on hooks, structure and revisions
• 08 Keep project files, footage and assets organised so the pipeline stays clean

What we look for

• 1+ years editing video, with a strong short-form / social portfolio (showreel required)
