Job summary

Kamsoft Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Management Officer to coordinate with vendors and Project Managers. You will manage production orders, negotiate prices, track deliveries, and ensure smooth production operations.

You will build strong vendor relationships, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. 1–3 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or Production Coordination.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good follow-up and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vendor quotations, production timelines, and feasibility details.
• Coordinate production orders and monitor progress from start to completion.
• Negotiate pricing and manage urgent and rush orders.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor details, production costs, order status, and delivery timelines.
