Job summary

Pepsico is seeking a Utilities Manager to lead the Operations & Maintenance of in-plant utilities across the rest of the factory. The role demands strong leadership to manage unscheduled and planned downtime, while controlling costs for natural gas, electricity, LPG and diesel.

The candidate will ensure adherence to AIB and GEHSMS, drive safety improvements, and develop the utilities team to achieve KPIs such as MTTR/MTBF and PM compliance, supporting overall production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years FMCG experience with 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in utilities management (gas, electricity, LPG, diesel) and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead Utilities Operation & Maintenance for Rest of Factory.
• Ensure safe utilities operations aligned with AIB and GEHSMS.
• Develop staffing, direction and discipline per PI guidelines.
