Job summary

Master Group is seeking a qualified Utility Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operations of all plant utility systems. You will manage maintenance, troubleshooting, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and operating costs.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing utilities, with hands-on work on boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water-treatment systems. A strong focus on preventive maintenance and energy optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Certifications in utilities, energy management, or safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of utility systems.
• Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
• Monitor utility consumption and prepare efficiency reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and predictive activities.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and expansion of utility systems.
