Job summary

CS Outsource in Lahore is seeking a Client Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our clients' short-term rental properties across the United States. You will coordinate with clients, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and timely issue resolution.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site). Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zones). Employment Type: On-Site | Full-Time. Salary: 80K–120K PKR.

Qualifications

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, client management, or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience within short-term rentals, property management, or the U.S. market is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, requests, and priorities simultaneously.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients regarding property operations, updates, and ongoing requirements.
• Monitor day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties.
• Handle and follow up on operational requests from clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operations teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor reservations, property updates, and booking-related activities across OTA platforms.
• Identify operational issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests, property updates, and operational activities.
• Communicate updates and important operational information to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Ensure smooth and efficient execution of daily property operations.
