Job summary

Digilatics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the US market, combining sales leadership with hands-on digital marketing expertise. You will own revenue targets, manage SDRs, and drive strategy-level conversations with prospects in the United States.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant sales experience, strong knowledge of digital marketing services, and the ability to coordinate across marketing, operations, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing services
• Direct experience selling to US-based clients
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing offerings (paid media, SEO, lead generation, funnels, email marketing, CRO)
• Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar
• Ability to book demos, lead sales calls, present strategies, and close deals
• Strong numerical aptitude with ability to analyze lead quality, estimate ROI, and provide on-the-spot marketing advice

Responsibilities

• Book and conduct demos with US prospects
• Lead discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions
• Present sales pitches and digital marketing strategies confidently
• Prepare proposals, sales scripts, documentation, and pricing justifications
• Handle multiple prospects and clients simultaneously without drop-offs
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and commitments
