Job summary

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) seeks a Literacy Instruction Associate (Urdu) to support literacy programs, curriculum development, and teacher capacity-building across Pakistan. The role requires 5–7 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Education or related fields.

The candidate will collaborate with field teams and government partners, travel as needed, and contribute to formative assessments and instructional resources. Fluency in English and Urdu is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Literacy, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in literacy or education projects.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan's education system and curricula variations.
• Travel across project locations in Pakistan and collaboration with government departments.
• Excellent facilitation and capacity-building skills.
