Job summary

Aliff Solutions in Islamabad seeks a Quality Coordinator for a blended role supporting a structured adult language training programme. You will coordinate quality and reporting, maintain client reports, ensure proficiency-testing consistency and manage scheduled deliverables.

The role also involves relief instruction in Urdu and/or English when needed, plus writing, review and project work as assigned. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Urdu or English, 3+ years of adult teaching

• Bachelor's degree in Urdu or English or related discipline; language of instruction
• 3+ years' classroom teaching experience with adult learners (18+) from outside Pakistan
• Ability to teach adult learners in Urdu and/or English
• English proficiency at a professional working level for correspondence, reporting and client liaison
• Experience coordinating documentation and reporting to fixed deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality and reporting for the adult language training programme
• Provide relief instruction in Urdu and/or English when teaching staff are absent
• Write, review and undertake project work as assigned
• Attend site as required; coordinate flexibly with the teaching team

Coordinates quality and reporting for a structured adult language training programme in Islamabad: consolidated client reporting, shared platform upkeep, proficiency-testing consistency and scheduled deliverables. Also provides relief instruction in Urdu and/or English when a member of the teaching team is absent, and undertakes writing, review and project work as assigned. Site attendance required when relief teaching; coordination performed flexibly.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Urdu or English, or a closely related discipline — a degree in the language the candidate will teach
• Three or more years' classroom teaching experience with adult learners (18+) from outside Pakistan
• Able to teach adult learners in Urdu and/or English
• English proficiency at professional working level or above, sufficient for correspondence, reporting and client liaison
• Demonstrated experience coordinating documentation, records or reporting to fixed deadlines

Nice to have

• Able to teach BOTH Urdu and English (strongly preferred; ranked first)
• Master's degree in the language taught (Urdu or English)
• Experience in quality assurance, programme coordination or training administration
• Experience administering a learning management system or shared content platform
• Experience designing and analysing surveys or learner feedback instruments
• Professional writing, editing or review experience
• Proficiency in InPage and MS Office
• Familiarity with internationally recognised language proficiency frameworks and descriptor scales
• Training or certification in cultural competence
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, or within 100 km
