Job summary

Centurious Services Pakistan is hiring qualified Language Instructors—Urdu and English to deliver language training to U.S. Embassy staff in Islamabad under a U.S. government language training contract.

Instructors will teach adult learners at proficiency levels ranging from Survival to Advanced, using structured lesson plans, progress testing, and individualized coaching. Availability is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the language taught or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching adult learners.
• Professional working-level English proficiency (Level III) required for all applicants.
• Proficiency in MS Office; InPage proficiency required for Urdu instructors.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, on-site.
• Ability to pass U.S. Embassy security vetting or clearance before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group instruction for 1–6 students in Urdu and/or English, in person and via virtual platforms (Teams/Zoom/Meet/Skype).
• Conduct baseline and periodic proficiency testing.
• Track and document each student's progress by lesson module.
• Provide bi-weekly student counseling, and weekly counseling for at-risk students.
• Develop individualized training plans for identified skill gaps.
• Prepare and use approved course materials aligned to NFATC proficiency descriptions.
