Job summary

Aliff Solutions in Islamabad is seeking a trainer to deliver structured Urdu training on client sites for adult learners (18+) from outside Pakistan. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 08:00–16:30, on site, with small groups of 1–6 learners.

Delivers structured adult Urdu training on a client site in Islamabad: survival through advanced levels, small groups of 1-6 professional learners from outside Pakistan, proficiency testing, individualised training plans and learner counselling. Full-time, Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30, on site.

Must have

• Three or more years' classroom teaching experience with adult learners (18+) from outside Pakistan
• Experience teaching Urdu to non-native adult learners
• Written English at professional working level, sufficient for correspondence and reporting

Nice to have

• Master's degree in English preferred
• Proficiency in InPage and MS Office
• Familiarity with internationally recognised language proficiency frameworks and descriptor scales
• Experience with structured proficiency testing and individualised or remedial training plans
• Training or certification in cultural competence
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, or within 100 km
