Job summary

Azmi Enterprise is hiring Urdu and English Language Instructors to deliver professional language training to adult staff at a diplomatic mission in Islamabad. Instructors work full-time on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional virtual sessions when required.

You will teach across levels, prepare lessons and materials, assess progress, provide feedback, and compile performance reports. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in the language taught, at least three years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the language being taught (Urdu or English).
• Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience with adult foreign students.
• Strong English communication skills at a professional level.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans, assess student progress, and write clear reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms, including Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of adult learners.
• Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to complete the security clearance process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Teaching survival, beginner, intermediate, and advanced language classes for 1–6 students
• Preparing lessons and teaching materials
• Conducting student assessments and tracking progress
• Providing regular counseling and feedback to students
• Preparing reports on student performance and course completion
• Maintaining a shared resource platform and teaching materials

Instructors work full-time on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Classes may also be delivered virtually when required.

Success in the first six months means delivering consistent, high-quality instruction, maintaining accurate student records, meeting all reporting deadlines, and receiving positive feedback from students and the client.
