Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in Business Administration / Economics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by HEC Pakistan
• Masters degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Engineering / IT or relevant professional certification in Data Science / Data Analytics preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data science frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Oversee and manage data science portfolios for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams to create actionable AI/ML models and solutions
• Drive data governance and model performance tracking to support data-driven decisions
• Lead workshops and steering committees to ensure transparency and alignment across teams
• Evaluate and adopt data science tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance analytics capabilities
• Mentor and develop data science teams with technical and strategic skills
• Define KPIs, monitor metrics, and track business impact of initiatives
• Lead GenAI and Agentic AI use cases from PoC to enterprise rollout
• Establish GenAI governance and risk frameworks with IT Security on LLM risks
