  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree; preferably Master's in Business / Accounting / Finance.
  • At least 10 years of banking experience in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, or Service Quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Conduct Officer in implementing BCFRF with stakeholders.
  • Assess risks in review of marketing materials and social media per BCFRF.
  • Review responses to significant customer grievances routed through SBP.
  • Ensure regulatory reporting related to Business Conduct is timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for regulatory examinations and review reports.
  • Act as focal person for inquiries related to Business Conduct and Fair Treatment of Customers.
  • Liaise with SBP to address regulatory concerns.
  • Identify key BCFRF risks using audits, KRIs, and RCSAs.
  • Track remediation of identified issues and maintain records.
  • Issue advisories on Business Conduct matters.
  • Prepare training material and monitor execution with HRD.
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and present risks to senior management and committees.

Job description

Oversight in the Business conduct & FTC related activities as envisaged under SBP’s Framework. Identification and assessment of the related risks in the pertinent areas and monitoring / tracking for resolution to ensure compliance of the related regulatory requirements. Creating awareness about the Business Conduct and coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Conduct Officer in implementation of SBP’s Business Conduct & Fair Treatment of Consume Regulatory Framework (BC&FRF) in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Assessing the related risks in review of marketing material including those on the social media and website in the light of the BC&FRF.
  • Review responses to the significant customer grievances routed through SBP.
  • Ensuring that the regulatory reporting related to Business Conduct & Fair Treatment of Customer is made in timely and accuracy manner.
  • Keeping coordination with stakeholders for the conduct of any regulatory examinations and partnering in the review of related reports.
  • Acting as focal person for the inquires related to Business Conduct and Fair Treatment of Customers.
  • Keeping liaison with SBP to address any related issues of regulatory concern referred to/by the bank.
  • Identifying key risks related to BC&FRF through review of pertinent data including but not limited to internal and external audit review findings, RCSAs, preparation of KRIs etc.
  • Tracking the remediation of identified issues for resolution and keeping the related record.
  • Issuing advisories in respect of the matters involving Business Conduct & Fair Treatment of Consumers.
  • Preparing and reviewing the related training material and monitoring the execution status in coordination with HRD.
  • Preparation of meaningful MIS, dashboards, presentations and highlighting the related risks for review of the senior management, management and BOD Committees.
Experience & Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree Preferably Master Degree in Business / Accounting / Finance.
  • At least 10 years of banking experience preferably in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit and/or Service Quality
