• Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders for related activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Identify process improvements to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Comply with audit observations from SBP and commercial audits.

• Perform entire activities/functions of the post sanction/approval requirements
• Completion of Legal documentation, execution of Financing agreement and security perfection
• Perform entire activities of facility settlement, insurance claim processing, bullet/balloon payment.
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities.
• Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for related activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
• Ensure compliance of audit observations/ SBP & Commercial audit paras.
• Identify process improvements and suggest ideas for simplification and enhancement of customer experience.
• Any other task as assigned by the higher authorities.
