Shape Solutions (Private) Limited in Islamabad is seeking a Business Development Executive to handle international sales for our UK client, Axis Solicitors. You will call leads from our marketing systems, qualify them, and convert them into booked consultations with the Axis Solicitors legal team.

Performance is measured by booked and attended consultations, not call volume. You will work with a CRM (GoHighLevel) and maintain thorough follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp and email to maximize

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales (international campaign or call centre experience is a strong plus).
• Fluent, confident spoken English — you will be speaking with UK-based callers every day
• Strong phone manner: clear, warm, and persuasive without being pushy
• Comfortable working a UK-aligned shift
• Familiarity with any CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a plus
• Organised and consistent with follow-ups — nothing slips through
• Resilient and target-driven, with the discipline to work a pipeline daily

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify incoming UK leads promptly — speed-to-lead is the single biggest driver of conversion
• Convert qualified leads into booked consultations with the Axis Solicitors legal team
• Run structured follow-up sequences across calls, WhatsApp, and email until a lead converts or closes out
• Keep the GoHighLevel CRM fully updated — notes, pipeline stages, and outcomes on every single lead
• Handle conversations with empathy and professionalism, as many callers are dealing with sensitive immigration or family matters
• Explain service options and fees clearly, and handle objections calmly and confidently
• Meet weekly and monthly booking and conversion targets
• Report daily activity and performance to the Sales Manager
