Job summary

Shape Solutions (Private) Limited, an Islamabad-based digital agency serving international clients, is hiring a Female Sales Executive to manage leads for our UK client Axis Solicitors. You will call leads quickly, qualify them, and convert them into booked consultations with the Axis Solicitors legal team.

You will work with the GoHighLevel CRM, maintain updated notes and pipeline stages, and strive to meet weekly and monthly booking targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, international campaign or call centre a plus.
• Fluent, confident spoken English for UK callers.
• Strong phone manner: warm, clear and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify incoming leads promptly with speed-to-lead.
• Convert qualified leads into booked consultations with Axis Solicitors.
• Run follow-up sequences across calls, WhatsApp and email until conversion or close.
• Keep the GoHighLevel CRM fully updated with notes and stages.
• Explain service options and fees clearly and handle objections calmly.
• Meet weekly and monthly booking and conversion targets.
• Report daily activity to Sales Manager.
