Job summary

Hirestaff.ai is recruiting a Treasury Executive for our client, a leading telecom company with extensive US operations. The role focuses on managing cash flow, banking operations, payments, reconciliations, and treasury records, with duties across liquidity monitoring and cash forecasting.

This on-site, full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in treasury or cash management, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to coordinate with banks and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Treasury/Cash Management experience.
• Understanding of GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and credit operations.
• Administer current accounts and banking relationships.
• Monitor cash management activities and ensure obligations are met.

JOB OVERVIEW

• The Treasury Executive will support the Finance & Treasury function by managing cash flow, banking operations, payment processes, reconciliations, and treasury records. The role will also assist in liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, bank coordination, and financial reporting.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily cash and credit card deposit operations.
• Administer current accounts and maintain effective banking relationships.
• Monitor cash management activities and ensure financial obligations are met according to company policies.
• Prepare cash management documentation, correspondence, and proposals.
• Forecast, monitor, and track cash flow on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to payment processes.
• Review bank charges and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Administer and maintain the corporate credit card program.
• Maintain proper backups and records of financial data.
• Assist with annual banking facility renewals.
• Coordinate and engage with banks on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on treasury and finance matters.
• Manage and pool cash across bank accounts.
• Perform data integrity checks and balance sheet verification.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Treasury/Cash Management.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP software such as QuickBooks or SAP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
