Job summary

Hirestaff.ai is recruiting a Treasury Executive for our client, a leading telecom company with extensive US operations. The role focuses on managing cash flow, banking operations, payments, reconciliations, and treasury records, with duties across liquidity monitoring and cash forecasting.

This on-site, full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in treasury or cash management, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to coordinate with banks and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Treasury/Cash Management experience.
• Understanding of GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and credit operations.
• Administer current accounts and banking relationships.
• Monitor cash management activities and ensure obligations are met.
• Prepare cash management documentation and proposals.
• Forecast and track cash flow weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Analyze payment processes and resolve issues.
• Review bank charges and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Assist with annual banking facility renewals.
• Coordinate with banks on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Manage and pool cash across bank accounts.
• Maintain backups and records of financial data.
• Perform balance sheet verifications.
