Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Treasury and Banking domain expertise to lead end-to-end technology and transformation initiatives, managing delivery, governance, stakeholders, financials, risks, vendors, and production readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in technology project management with a banking focus, excellent cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with complex regulatory environments and multi-vendor delivery models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology project/program management experience, including 5+ years in banking/financial services.
• Strong experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Payments, or Trade Finance.
• Strong understanding of Treasury processes/products, including FX, liquidity, cash management, settlements, and related accounting interfaces.
• Experience managing complex technology/integration projects, including UAT, implementation, cutover, and production readiness.
• Proven experience with budgeting, vendors, risks, governance, and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience working in regulated banking environments with risk, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Exposure to Murex, Calypso, Kondor, Temenos, Finacle, Finastra, Oracle Banking, or SWIFT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury and Banking technology projects from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, resources, and governance.
• Manage stakeholders across Treasury, Markets, Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
• Manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, vendors, commercial dependencies, and delivery performance.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, change requests, decision logs, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate solution design, architecture, security, integration readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive requirements validation, testing, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, business sign-off, and production readiness.
• Manage cross-functional and multi-vendor teams across onsite and offshore models.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalate critical issues through governance forums.
• Ensure project documentation, audit evidence, approvals, and handover activities are completed.
• Support post-production stabilization, benefits tracking, and project closure.
