Job summary

iSystems Ltd seeks an experienced Technical Lead to drive enterprise BI, reporting, ETL, and data integration solutions for the banking sector. You will lead teams, own end-to-end delivery, ensure data quality, and optimize performance across reporting initiatives.

The role requires a strong SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI skill set, with 8+ years in BI/ETL domains and prior leadership experience in complex financial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in BI, reporting, ETL, data integration, or related roles.
• Banking/financial services domain experience, including regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on report development, ETL, data integration, and data migration.
• Strong SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI skills.
• SQL performance tuning and query optimization expertise.
• Experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, traceability, regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Reporting, ETL, and Data Migration teams.
• Own the technical design and delivery of BI, reporting, and data integration solutions.
• Review ETL architecture, data mappings, transformation logic, and integration processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate operational, MIS, analytical, and regulatory reports.
• Establish development standards, conduct technical reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
• Optimize database queries, ETL processes, and reporting performance.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage delivery plans, technical dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and project stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain solution documentation, technical governance, and knowledge-transfer processes.
