Job summary

Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the Manager – Projects & Governance (T&CM). The role focuses on monitoring Treasury P&L, maintaining governance dashboards, ensuring compliance with SBP regulations, and supporting policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Treasury/Markets Governance or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent daily checks and monitoring of Treasury P&L across business lines.
• Maintain governance dashboards for P&L exceptions and regulatory observations.
• Coordinate internal and regulatory reviews and track observations to closure.
• Support risk assessments, incident reporting and mitigation plans.
• Prepare management information for senior management and committees.
• Assist with change control and post-implementation reviews.
