Job summary

Travel Guru is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive in Lahore to independently handle visa applications, flight bookings, and end-to-end travel coordination. The role requires hands-on exposure in a travel agency and professional client management.

You will manage complete visa workflows, international and domestic flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and tailor-made itineraries while coordinating with airlines, embassies, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel consultancy / visa processing / ticketing.
• Working knowledge of any GDS platform (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Understanding of international travel regulations & visa procedures.
• Strong communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete visa application workflows (documentation, submission, follow-ups)
• Process international & domestic flight bookings including re-issuance and cancellations
• Arrange hotel accommodations through global platforms
• Design custom travel plans and itineraries based on client needs
• Liaise with airlines, embassies, and travel vendors
• Manage urgent travel requests with quick turnaround time
• Keep accurate records of bookings, visas, and client data
