Qualifications

• Hands-on with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).

• Experience with air ticketing and hotel booking systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle visa processing, documentation & embassy coordination.
• Manage air ticket bookings, reissuance & cancellations.
• Arrange hotel reservations via Booking platforms.
• Prepare complete travel itineraries for clients.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels & international partners.
• Provide end-to-end travel support to multiple clients.
• Handle urgent travel requests efficiently.
• Manage documentation of visa and travelling.
