Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts, ideally in a travel company.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• B.Com or ACCA (part) or equivalent.
• Careful and organised.

Responsibilities

• Record customer and agent payments against each booking.
• Prepare payments to hotels, airlines and transport partners.
• Reconcile bank accounts and agent ledgers every month.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Support the yearly audit.
