GulfDesign UAE in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an Accountant to manage financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting. This full-time role requires precise data handling and collaboration with other departments.

You will prepare financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, monitor cash flow, and support audit readiness. Accommodation is provided and compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (eg QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Responsabilités

• Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Process invoices for payment and reconcile accounts payable statements.
• Review employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing clients and tracking payments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor variances.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information.

As the Accountant for our multinational company in Lahore Pakistan you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our organization Your primary role will be to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable payroll processing and budget management

Key Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements
• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain accurate cash balances
• Process invoices for payment and reconcile accounts payable statements
• Review employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing clients tracking payments and following up on outstanding balances
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with budget preparation and monitor budget vs actual variances
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information
• Maintain organized financial records for auditing purposes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software eg Quickbooks
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
